| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃液NO水平与胃炎类型及胃动力障碍间的关系。方法 依据胃镜下胃动力状态将慢性胃炎区分为胃窦弛缓型、胃窦紧张型、反流型及正常型 ,抽取胃液测定NO含量。结果 萎缩性胃炎组胃液NO水平明显低于浅表性胃炎组及正常对照组。胃窦弛缓型的胃液NO含量高于其他各型 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 测定胃液NO含量对初步判定胃炎类型及胃动力障碍具有参考价值

| Abstract: | Objectivs To in vestigate relations between nitric oxide level and gastric dynamic type in chronic gastritis.Methods In chromic gastritis,nitric oxide level of gastric fluid was detected and gastric dynamic was divided into four type noumal,reflu,antrum tetiom and antrum relaxation.Results Nitric oxide level in atrophic gastritis was obviously lower than thai in suerficial gastritis and normal stomach. Nitric oxide level in type of antrum relaxation was significantly higher than those in any other three types.Conclusion Measurement of nitric oxide level is of benefit to the classification of gastritis and its dynamic condition. |
