根治术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效比较

目的比较根治术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者行根治术者60例，改良根治术者84例的临床资料。结果改良组术后胸壁形态、患肢功能、患肢肿胀、皮瓣坏死的发生率均优于根治术组（P〈0.05）。改良根治术组5年生存率Ⅰ期97.3%，Ⅱ期95.5%，根治术组5年生存率Ⅰ期95.7%，Ⅱ期94.3%，两组比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论采用改良根治术治疗乳腺癌生存率与根治术无异，但可明显提高患者生存质量。

Curative Comparison between Radical Mastectomy and Modified Radical Mastectomy in Breast Cancer Patients of Early Stage

Objective To compare the curative effect between modified radical mastectomy and radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients in early stage.Methods Clinical data was retrospectively ana1yzed of 84 cases underwent modified radical mastectomy（Group A） and 60 cases underwent radical mastectomy（Group B）.Results The postoperative complication rates of Group A were much lower than those of Group B（P〈0.05）,in the items of chest wall atrophy,affected limb disorder,affected limb swollen,and skin flap necrosis.And the 5-year survival rates of the Group A and B were similar（P〉0.05）,97.3% vs 95.7% of StageⅠ,and 95.5% vs 94.3% of StageⅡ respectively.Conclusion The modified radical mastectomy is recommended to breast cancer patients of early stage for the good efficacy and low complication rate which could improve the postoperative quality of life.
