低分子肝素对老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对出凝血指标的影响

目的观察低分子肝素（Low Molecular Weight Heparin，LMWH）对老年不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者的疗效并对部分出凝血指标进行监测。方法40例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者，常规抗心绞痛治疗无效而加用低分子肝素5000U，2次／d，连用7d，观察治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、心电图改变及凝血酶原时间（PT）及活动度（PA），活化部分凝血活酶时间（apTY），纤维蛋白原（Fib）。结果40例患者能有效缓解心绞痛，改善心电图，Prr、PA、apTY无显著变化（P〉0．05），Fib下降（P〈0．01）。结论低分子肝素治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛安全有效。

The Curative Effects And Safety of Nadroparin Calcium in Elderly Aged Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the curative effects of Low Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) in Elder Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris (UAP). Methods Fourty elder patients who were no effect in general therapy entered in this study. All patients underwent LMWH by hypodermical injection for seven days. During this course, the frequency of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, PT, PA, apTT and Fib before and after therapy were compared.Results LMWH was effective on relieving symptoms and restoring the abnormal electrocardiogram, Fib was lowed after treatment (P<0.01), but PT,PA, and apTT were not obviously changed(P>0.05). Conclusion LMWH is safe and effective in Elder Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris.
