拉西地平对糖尿病合并高血压的疗效及代谢指标的影响

目的评价拉西地平对糖尿病合并高血压的疗效及代谢指标的影响。方法应用拉西地平对90例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗6周,并与66例单纯高血压患者对照。观察治疗前后血压及空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、丙氨酸转氨酶、肾功能、血脂的变化。结果降压作用显著(P<0.001),两组降压效果及服药量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、丙氨酸转氨酶、肾功能、血脂无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论拉西地平对糖尿病合并高血压有较好的疗效,对血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肝肾功能、血脂无明显的影响。

Curative Effect and Metabolic Effects of Lacidipine in Treating Hypertensive Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and metabolic effects of lacidipine in treating hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Treated 90 hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with lacidipine for 6 weeks and compared with 66 isolated hypertensive patients. Observed the changes of hematopiesis, fasting blood sugar, 2 hours postprandial blood sugar, HbA1c, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, renal function and blood lipids before and after treatment. Results The hypertension reduction was remarkable （P0.001）. There was no distinct difference between the patients in the two groups in the hypertension cutting result and drug dosage （P0.05）. As to hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus, no distinct changes in fasting blood sugar, 2 hours postprandial blood sugar, HbA1c, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, renal function and blood lipids before and after treatment （P0.05）. Conclusion Lacidipine has good curative effects in treating hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus, without distinct effects to blood glucose, HbA1c, liver and renal function and blood lipids.
