医学影像技术选择对胰腺癌检出率影响的对照与分析

目的:深入探讨胰腺癌的影像学病理基础及影像学检查选择对照,旨在正确选择胰腺癌的检查方法和提高诊断率。方法:回顾手术病理证实为33例胰腺癌患者的影像资料进行对照分析。结果:33例胰腺癌中4例由X线检查提出可疑性结论。胰头癌19例(包括3例由X线检查可疑的),CT阳性率63.15%(12/19),B超阳性率100%(19/19)。胰体、尾癌14例(包括1例由X线检查可疑的),CT阳性率92.86%(13/14),B超阳性率42.85%(6/14)。漏诊1例,占7.14%(1/14)。结论:X线检查对胰腺癌的诊断价值不明确,B超对胰头癌诊断率高于CT,CT对胰体、尾癌诊断率高于B超。
