| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析西南4省市消化系统用药的现状和趋势 ,作出客观评估。方法 :调查西南4省市51家医院1999年～2000年消化系统用药金额、主要品种、DDDs等 ,分析临床应用情况。结果 :对上报数据完整的医院进行统计 ,消化系统用药金额2000年比1999年增长42 08 % ,DDDs2000年比1999年增长8 85 % ,平均日费用2000年和1999年分别为2 76、2 60元。结论 :消化系统药是一类应用普遍、快速增长的重要药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To survey an evaluate the current situation and trend of the use of digestive system drugs.METHODS： To make a survey of the use of the above-mentioned drugs in 51 hospitals of four provinces in southwest China during the period 1999～2000 in respect to the sum of money of sales， main kinds， DDDs etc.and to analyse the clinical application of these drugs.RESULTS： As the sum of money for sales of the digestive system drugs， it was increased 42.08％ in 2000 compared with that in 1999.As the DDDs of the digestive system drugs， it is increased 8.85％ in 2000 compared with that in 1999.The average cost of DDD was 2.76 yuan in 2000 and 2.60 yuan in 1999.CONCLUSION： The digestive system drugs is an important kind of drug which has prospects of fast increase. |
