中西医结合治疗肾炎性肾病综合征的临床观察

对比观察了中西医结合治疗与单纯西药治疗肾炎性肾综的临床疗效。结果表明，前者完全缓解率和总有效率分别为６３．６％和９５．５％，显著高于对照组的２５％和６５％，而治疗组复发率及不良反应发生率分别为４．８％和１３．６％，则明显低于对照组的３８．８％和５０％；并且治疗组之血液流变学改善和心脏病变的恢复较对照组显著，提高中西医结合治疗肾炎性肾综的疗铲明显优于单纯西药组。

Observation on primary nephritic ncphrotic syndrome with integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM )-western medicine(WM)

patients with primary nephritic nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into(1)testing group with integrated TCM-WM,22 cases;(2)control group with WM,20 cases. The results showed that the remission rate and total effective rate were 63.6%and 95.5%respectively in testing group, significantly higher than those(25%and 65%)of control(P<0. 05). While the recurrence rate and the occurrence rate of side effect were 4.8%and 13.6%respectively in testing group,significantly lower than those(38.8%and 50%)of control(P<0.05).Both the improvement of blood rehology and the restoration of heart disease were more significant in testing group than that in control.There fore clinical curative effect in testing group was better than that in control.
