| 摘 要： | 敏乐啶配成酊剂可用于治疗脱发和斑秃。但配剂在放置时易氧化变质。本研究旨在寻找合适的抗氧剂并建立含量测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法的实验表明．在波长为280nm处，敏乐啶溶液的浓度与吸光度之间有良好的线性关系，回归系数有高度显著性；抗氧剂则以疏代硫酸钠较为理想，常温下保存期可达1年。

| Abstract: | Minoxidil tincture can be used for treating trichomadesis and balding,but the tincture is easyly oxygrnated during the storage. The purpose of this paper is to find a method for its quantitative analysis and some better antiokidants. It is proved in experiments that there is a good linearity between the concentration of Minokidil and the absorbtion degree in certain range. The standard calibration curve is A=0.02221 0.02478C,and the correlation coefficient r=0. 9983. A8 a antioxidant, sodium thiosulfate is better than the others compared in this study. Minoboil tinctrue with sodium thiosulfate can be stared in a year under normal ternperature. |
