摘    要:本文观察40例老年人高血压患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性和红细胞内Na 、Ca 浓度以及血过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果;老年人高血压红细胞膜Na -K -ATP酶和Ca(2 )-Mg(2 )-ATP酶活性明显低于正常组,Na 和Ca(2 )浓度明显升高,血浆LPO较正常组显著升高,红细胞SOD活性显著下降,并且ATP酶活性的降低与LPO、SOD的改变有显著相关性。提示老年人高血压体内存在钠和钙离子转运障碍,脂质过氧化反应增强及其清除能力减弱可能通过降低ATP酶活性、增加细胞内Ca(2 )浓度而参与老年人高血压的形成。

Abstract:The changes of erythrocyte ATP ase activity,intraerythrocytic inoic concentration,lipid peroxides(LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood were observed in 40 aged hypertensive patients. The results showed that the Na -K -ATP ase, Ca(2 )-Mg(2 )-ATP ase activity and erythrocyte SOD were significantly lower,Ca(2 ) and Na concentration and plasma LPO were significantly higher in hypertensive patients than in normal individuals. A strong linear relationship was found between decline of ATP ase activity and changes of LPO and SOD. The LPO and Ca(2 ) concentration were positive correlated with mean arterial blood pressure. These findings suggested that the lipid peroxidation,through inhibiting ATP ase activity and increasing intracellular Ca(2 ) concentration,play a important role in the pathogensis of hypertension in the elderly.
