冠心病心电图Pv1终末电势及其临床意义

分析91例住院冠心病患者心电图PV1终未电势（PTFv1）和左心衰的关系，发现其左心衰发生率随PTFv1值的异常程度而增加，在PTFv1值＜－0．03组中，左心衰发生率为18％；PTFv1值＜－0．04组，在心衰出现率为85．7％；≤－0．05组，左心衰的发生率高达96．8％。且随左心衰的消失，PTFv1值转为正常。反之，PTFv1值≥－0．03者未见左心衰出现。PTFv1值与超声心动图测量的左房内径大小无关（P＞0．05），提示冠心病PTFv1异常主要与左心衰有关，而与左房扩大无关。

Electrocardiographic pattern PTFv_1 in ischimic heart disease and it's clinical significance

The relationship between electrocardiographic pattern (PTFv1)and left ventricular failure (LVF)was investigated in 91 patients with ischimic heart disease (IHD). We found the incidence of LVF increased with the abnormal degree of PTFv1. The ratio of LVF was 18%, 85. 7%and 96. 8% when PTFv1 was <-0.03, <-0.04 and <0.05 respectively. The PTFv1 returned to normal levels as the LVF disappeared. No LVF was found in the patients whooe PTFvl were>-0. 03. In addition, the left atrium inside diameter(LAID). measured by ultrasonic cardiograph in the patients with normal PTFv1 and abnormal PTFv1,was compared and no significant differance was found between two groups (P>0.05). The results suggest that the abnormal PTFv1 in the patients with IHD isrelated to LFV ohter than to the LAID.
