腰椎小关节内缘处硬膜外左右侧间隙的影像解剖学测量及其临床意义

目的：研究腰椎小关节内缘至硬膜囊之间的硬膜外左右侧间隙的规律，进一步指导小关节内缘穿刺技术的临床应用。方法：通过对76名患者小关节内缘间距和该层面硬膜囊横径的测量，测出其硬膜外左右侧间隙的数值，并做统计学处理。结果：其数值符合正态分布，理论上有94%的L5-S1间隙、56%的L4-5间隙、11%的L3-4间隙的椎间盘突出患者，可以应用该穿刺路径进行穿刺；实际操作中，99.6%的L5-S1间隙、49%的L4-5间隙采用了该技术。结论：小关节内缘处硬膜外左右侧间隙的大小符合规律性变化，小关节内缘穿刺仅适合部分患者，其他患者应选择其他穿刺方法。

The measurment of the left-and-right extradural cleft and clinical application

Objective To discuss the clinical application of the small joint internal puncture with the measurment of the left-and -right extradural cleft from the lumbar vertebar small joint internal to the dura mater capsule.Methods The distance of the left-and-right extradural cleft were calculated and analyzed statistically through measued the small joint in termal width and the same dura mater capsule cross section.Results The data accord with normal school.Theoretically there were 94% L 5-S 1,54%L 4-5 and 11%L 3-4 patients whose clefts were fit to the aboce discussed numbers can be punctured in this way.Practically 99.6%L 5-S 1 and 49%L 4-5 cases took this technique.Conclusion The distance of the left-and-right extradural cleft around the small joint internal change regularly.The puncture of the small joint internal is only applied to the part patients.
