人胎脊髓神经肽Y样神经元及其纤维的发育和分布的免疫细胞化学研究

摘    要:收集人流胎儿标本23例,孕龄10—41周,用免疫组织化学的ABC法,研究人胎脊髓神经肽Y样(NPY—LI)神经元的发育和分布。结果在胎龄第10周,发现脊髓后角浅层(RexedⅠ—Ⅱ)已有NPY—LI神经元存在,且阳性神经元总数随胎龄递增,并向后角深层(Rexed Ⅲ—Ⅵ扩展。NPY—LI阳性纤维,在胎龄第10周,不仅出现于脊髓的灰质和白质,而且见于脊髓被膜。随胎龄的增长,免疫性纤维相对集中于脊髓的植物性中枢部位,提示NPY在妊娠早期即可能与脊髓植物性神经元的发育及其功能的调节有关。

Abstract:The development of neuropeptide y—containing neurons and fibers in the spinal cord of the 23 human fetuses aged from 10—41 weeks of gestation was studied by the im- munocytochemical method.The PNY immunoreactive neurons were identified at all levels of the spinal cord examined as 10 weeks of gestation.These cells were localized in the su- perficial layers(laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ of Rexed)of the dorasl gray matter.As the age of the fetuses increased,their cell number increased and region contatining postive extended from the superficial to deep layers(laminae Ⅲ and Ⅵ).Immunoreactive fibers started to appear in fetuses at 10 weeks of gestation.They were found not only in the grey and white mat ters,but alsoon the inner surface of the pir mater.As the fetusesaged,the NPY im- munoreactive fibers ostly concentrated in the intermediate zone of the thoracic and sacral segments ichspond to the developing autonomic centers.Our results suggest that NPY may play a role on the early development of the autonomic system.
