| 摘 要： | 本文报告了我科1988年～1990年,使用胞二磷胆碱治疗急性闭合性颅脑损伤84例对头痛、头晕、意识障碍效果显著,偏瘫、失语等只要早期应用均能获得满意效果,使用期间未发现有副作用及不良反应,用药简便,特别适用于基层医院。

| Abstract: | This Paper reported 84 cases of acute close head injuries being treated with citicoline at my department from 1988 to 1990. The results showed that it had significant effect on headache, dizziness and conscious disturbance, and the satisfactary ettect would be gained on hem-iplcgian and aphasia if it was early used. The side effect and untoward reaction of citicoline were not found during using it,citicoiline was conveniently used and was especially suitable to general hospital. |
