| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of T lymphocyte subgroup and IL 2 in the pathogenesis of herpes zoster. Methods Alkaline phosphatase anti alkaline phosphatase (APAAP)method was used to determine the levels of CD 4 and CD 8 T lymphocyte, and double antibody sandwich enzyme liked immuno sorbant assay (ELISA) method to determine the level of IL 2 in peripheral blood of 30 patients with herpes zoster. Results There was a significant decrease of CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 and IL 2( t= 2.89 -5.64,P <0.01),and increase of CD 8( t=3.26,P <0.01)in the peripheral blood of patients with herpes zoster. Conclusion T lymphocyte subgroup and IL 2 play an important role in the pathogenesis of herpes zoster. |
