自攻颌间牵引钉配合小型钛板治疗下颌骨骨折的疗效观察

目的:探讨自攻颌间牵引钉配合小型钛板治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对48例下颌骨骨折患者采用自攻颌间牵引钉联合小型钛板行坚强内固定术。术后对患者的切口愈合情况、张口度、咬合关系、口腔卫生情况以及骨折愈合情况进行观察。结果:48例患者手术切口均为I期愈合,治疗效果满意,咬合关系良好,3个月后影像学复查示骨折线对位良好。结论:自攻颌间牵引钉配合小型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折是目前治疗下颌骨骨折较为理想的方法。

Clinical observation of inter maxillary traction titanium screw and miniplate osteosynthesis in the treatment of mandibular fracture

Objective To evaluate the efficieney of intermaxillary fixation titanium screw and titanium miniplates in the treatment of mandibular farcture.Methods 48 cases with mandibular farcture were treated with intermaxillary traction with intermaxillary traction titanium screw and intemal rigid fixation with miniplate.After operation,Observed the incision condition,mouth opening,occlusion,oral health status and farcture site status.Results All the patients healed I incision surgery treatment satisfaction,good occlusion,With a follow-up 3 months,imaging review online fracture of good,farcture site of all cases healed well and mouth opening appeared normal.Conclusion The inter maxillary traction titanium screw with miniplate osteosynthesis is an effecitive way in the treatment of mandibular fracture.
