脉冲式空气灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠43例

目的探讨脉冲式空气灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套叠的临床应用与疗效。方法对本组发病在0.5～48h的43例患儿,经肛门插入Foley气囊导管,连接JS-818电脑遥控灌肠整复仪,先行诊断性空气灌肠,确诊后用脉冲式空气灌肠复位,气压选择在8～16kPa,难复者结合手法按摩。结果 43例患儿中,回盲型27例（62.8%）,回结型9例（20.9%）,回回结型7例（16.3%）,复位成功40例,成功率为93%,无肠穿孔发生。结论掌握好适应证,脉冲式空气灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套叠安全性高,成功率高。

Pulse air enema treatment of 43 cases of intussusception in children

Objective Pulse air enema in the treatment of acute intussusception in clinical application and efficacy.Methods The incidence of this group in the 0.5~48 h of the 43 cases of children with Foley balloon catheter inserted through the anus to connect JS-818 computer remote control enema device,first diagnostic air enema,after diagnosis with pulsed air enema reduction,pressure chosen 8~16 kPa,difficult to resume the integration of manual massage.Results 43 cases in children,back to blind-type and 27 cases（62.8%）,back to junction 9 cases（20.9%）,hui junction 7 cases（16.3%）,reset the success of 40 cases,the success rate of 93%,non-intestinal perforation occurred.Conclusion Master shall permit pulse air enema treatment of children with acute intussusception high security and high success rate.
