足月前胎膜早破的发生及处理

胎膜破裂发生在妊娠不满37周者称足月前胎膜早破(PPROM),感染、头盆不称、双胎、臀位、羊水过多、宫颈口松弛、胎膜发育不良等因素均可导致其发生。PPROM对母婴都有影响,根据不同的孕周、破膜时间的长短进行处理。加强围生期的保健工作,及时使用抗生素,可预防PPROM的发生。本文对引起PPROM发生的因素、PPROM对母婴的影响、处理及预防措施等予以综述。
