| 摘 要： | 目的由FP％和BMI两项指标来了解老年男性超重及肥胖发生率，并对这两种方法进行比较。方法利用生物电阻抗分析法（BIA）对成都地区502名60。89岁老年男性进行体成分测定。结果老年男性体脂比（FP％）和体重指数（BMI）的均值分别为25．37±5．1、24．14±2．8，均属超脂超重型。由FP％判断超重比例分别：16．0％、16．4％、17．9％；肥胖比例分别：8．7％、6．7％、7．7％。由BMI判断超重比例分别：46．5％、38．6％、30．8％；肥胖比例分别：9．9％、6．4％、7．7％。结论两种方法对超重及肥胖的检出有显著性差异，FP％是判断肥胖的理想方法，仅以BMI判断不够准确，尚需考虑年龄及运动情况等影响因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rate of the overweight and obesity of the elder males according to the FP% and BMI,and compare the two ways. Methods Measured the body composition of 502 elder males by means of the BIA. Results The average number of the FP% and BMI were 25.37 ±5.1and 24.14±2.8 which belonged to the overweight. According to the FP%, the rates of the overweight were 16.0%, 16.4% and 17.9%; The obesity rates were 8.7%,6.7% and 7.7%. According to the BMI,the rates of the overweight were 46.5%, 38.6% and 30.8%; the obesity rates were 9.9%, 6.4% and 7.7%. Conclusion The rates out of the overweight and obesity by the two ways were significant difference（P〈0.05）. FP% was a scientific way, however, BMI was not enough to use unless you take the age and exercise into account. |
