妊高征患者血浆同型半胱氨酸与纤维结合素关系的探讨

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和纤维结合素(FN)含量的关系.方法采用荧光标记免疫检测法检测43例妊高征患者(轻度12例,中重度31例)、67例正常晚孕妇女和15例正常非孕妇女血浆Hcy含量.用免疫扩散法测定血浆FN的含量.结果正常晚孕组血浆Hcy和FN显著高于正常非孕组(P均﹤0.05);轻度妊高征血浆Hcy和FN与正常晚孕组比较无显著差异(P均﹥0.05);中重度妊高征患者血浆Hcy和FN较轻度妊高征患者及正常晚孕组显著升高(P均﹤0.01).妊高征组血浆Hcy与FN含量间呈正相关(r=0.637,P<0.01).结论高同型半胱氨酸血症可能与妊高征内皮细胞损伤有关.

Study on the relationship between plasma homocysteine and fibronectin in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To study the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and fibronectin(FN) in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).Methods The levels of homocysteine and fibronectin were determined in 43 patients with PIH(including 12 cases of mild patients and 31 cases of moderate and severe patients). The data were compared with those of normal pregnant group ( n =67) and healthy non-pregnant group (n=15). The levels of plasma homocysteine were measured by fluoroimmunoassay,and the levels of plasma fibronectin were measured by immunodiffusion.Results The levels of Hcy and FN in the normal pregnant group were higher than those in the non-pregnant group( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of Hcy and FN between the normal pregnant group and the mild PIH group ( P <0.05).The levels of Hcy and FN in the moderate and severe PIH group were higher than those in the mild PIH group and the normal pregnant group ( P <0.01).There was a positive correlation between the plasma concentration of FN and Hcy in PIH group( r =0.637, P <0.01).Conclusion The changes of plasma levels of Hcy may be related to the endothelial cell injury of PIH.
