| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性缩窄性心包炎的外科治疗的方法及疗效。方法经胸骨正中或左前外切口心包剥脱术治疗15例慢性缩窄性心包炎。结果14例心功能改善,1例死亡。结论手术径路和手术心包切除的范围是术后心功能恢复的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the surgical treatment method and the curative effect of chronic narrow pericarditis.Methods Treat 15 cases with pericardium cracking-off technique.Results 14 cases hearts function improvement,1 case death.Conclusion The surgery path and the surgery pericardium excises scope is the important attribute for the heart function restores. |
