川芎嗪在断指再植术后的应用观察

目的：探讨川芎嗪在手外科断指再植术后防止血管危象的作用，为断指再植术后的抗凝治疗用药提供新的思路和方法，方法：28例手外伤断指再植术后病人，用川芎嗪注射液静滴及川芎嗪片口服作为断指再植术后抗凝用药，从血管危象发生的有无，再植指体血运情况，伤口愈合情况等几方面来综合判断其疗效。结果：优23例，占82．15％，良2例，占7．14％，可2例，占7．14％，差，1例，占3．57％，总优良率89．29％，结论：川芎嗪 用于断指再植术后预防血管危象具有较好疗效，有临床应用价值。

The Application of Ligustrazine for Replantation of Severed Finger

Objective: To explore the effect of ligustrazine(LTZ) on prevention of vascular crisis after replantation of severed finger(RSF), so as to provide a new method for anticoagulative treatment after RSF. Methods: 28 cases of RSF were treated by intravenous drip of LTZ injection and oral use of LTZ tablets as anticoagulative remedy, and the curative effect was determined comprehensively by the occurrence of vascular crisis, the blood circulation of replanted finger and the heeling of wound. Results: Excellent 23 cases(82. 15% ), good 2 cases(7. 14% ), improved 2 cases(7. 14% )and poor 1 ease(3. 57%)Conclusion: LTZ possesses a good effect on the prevention of vascular crisis after RSF and provides a clinical value.
