| 摘 要： | 目的 分析眼科门诊医院感染的危险因素，提出对策，有效管理和预防医院感染。方法 根据患者就诊程序，制定一系列感染控制措施，加强消毒隔离和卫生宣教。结果 眼科门诊末发生医院感染。结论 合理管理门诊患者流动，加强消毒隔离和健康教育，可以有效控制医院感染。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze risk factors of hospital acquired infection (HAI) in ophthalmic clinic,and to plan to manage and prevent HAI. METHODS According to the process to treat patients, infection control guide was decided, in which disinfection methods and training to patients and their family were enhanced. RESULTS HAI was controlled effectively. CONCLUSIONS If outpatients were examined and treated in proper process, risk factors were controlled effectively by enhancing disinfections and training, HAI could be controlled effectively. |
