| 摘 要： | 弥漫性轴索损伤（Diffuse Axonal Injury，DAI），是在特殊的外力作用下，脑内发生的以神经轴索断裂为特征的一系列病理生理变化，意识障碍是其典型的临床表现。本文对DAI近年来的研究进展予以综述。
