影响社区老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性的原因及护理对策

目的探讨影响社区老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性的原因。方法护理人员以面对面直接访谈的方式,对社区中76例治疗后血糖控制差的老年糖尿病患者进行调查分析,根据调查结果,采取相应的护理对策。结果老年糖尿病患者依从性差的现象普遍存在,主要原因有老年糖尿病病人的基本知识缺乏,患者对糖尿病治疗认识不足,家庭成员对患者疾病重视程度不够,用药剂量不足,就医条件受限及经济拮据等。结论有效的护理对策能使家庭和社会等积极参与治疗,提高老年糖尿病患者的治疗依从性,使其达到自我控制、护理、保健,减少和延缓并发症的发生、发展,进而提高患者生活质量。

The Reasons and Nursing Ways to Deal With the Situations of the Effect of The Old Age Diabetes Patient Who Can''''t Obey Doctor''''s Order in the Communities

OBJECTIVE To explore the reason and nursing ways of treat compliance in old age diabetes patient in the communities. METHODES The nursing staff talked face-to-face patient,76 cases old age diabetes who have high blood sugar after treatments in the communities to carry on the diagnosis and analyse,according to the investigation result,adopt nursing countermeasures correspondingly. RESULTS The old age diabetes who can't obey doctor's order in the communities patient were universal existence,main reason:the patient lack of the basic knowledge about the diabetes;the patients don't know how to treat the disease;Their family members care little about the diabetes the patients use the medicine dosage to be insufficient the limit of seek medical advice;lack of enough money etc. CONCLUSIONS The effective nursing countermeasures were able to encourage theactive function of the society and the family various aspects positive role, may enhancethe old age diabetes patient's treatment compliance,enable to achieve the self-control,nursing and the health care. They can reduce and delay the patient's complications and improve their quality of life.
