纤溶酶治疗脑梗死的疗效及其对血凝状态和血液流变学的作用

摘    要:目的观察纤溶酶对脑梗死的疗效及其对血流变学和血凝状态的影响.方法将170例脑梗死病人按入院顺序随机分为纤溶酶治疗组(84例)和奥扎格雷对照组,治疗前及治疗后1周进行血凝分析及血流变学检查.结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为14.29%和94.05%,明显高于对照组的8.14%和80.23%(P<0.05).结论纤溶酶对脑梗死的疗效优于奥扎格雷,可明显改善血流动力学状态,并能降低纤维蛋白原,延长凝血酶原时间和部分凝血溶酶时间.

Abstract:Objective To observe the treatment effect of fibrinogenase on cerebral infarction and its influence on the blood coagulation status and blood hydrodynamic change.Methods For the 170 cases of cerebral infarction patients, We divided them into the fibrinogenase treatment group (84cases) and the sodium ozagrel control group (86cases) randomly. We compared the difference of treatment effect between the two groups a week later; tested the coagulation analysis and blood hydrodynamic status on each patient before and after the treatment.Results The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group is 14.29% and 94.5% respectively which is significantly higer than that of the control group 8.14% and 80.23%(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of fibrnogenase injection to the cerebral infarction patients is significantly better than that of sodium ozagrel injection. Fibrinogenase can improve the blood hydrodynamic status, decrease the level of fibrinogen, prolong the prothrombin time and the activated partion thromb plastin time significantly.
