| 摘 要： | 目的]对42例重型颅脑损伤(SBI)病人常规进行脑室内压监护(IVP)的护理总结。方法]侧脑室前角穿刺置管引流并连续监测ICP。结果]本组42例恢复良好27例(64.3%),中残6例(14.2%),重残4例(9.5%),植物生存2例(4.8%),死亡3例(7.1%)。结论]IVP具有方法简便、测压准确、兼可脑室引流等优点,是ICP监护的“金标准”。

| Abstract: | Objective] Make summary on the nursing of routine IVP supervision to 42 patients with serious brain injury(SBI). Method] Make puncture and drain in the anterior horn of lateral ventricle and make continual test of ICP. Result] In the group of 42 cases,27 recovered well(64.3%),6 were mediate handicapped(14.2%),4 severely handicapped(9.5%),2 lived as plant(4.8%),3 died(7.1%). Conclusion] IVP has advantages of being simple for use,correct for testing pressure,and being used as ventricular drainage,it is a golden standard for ICP supervision. |
