| 摘 要： | 对７１例妄想性抑郁症与９２例非妄想性抑郁症病人进行临床对照分析。结果表明：妄想性抑郁症早醒、幻听、焦虑、自杀观念、自杀行为出现率较高，自杀相对危险性是对照组的２．５６倍，尤以流露自杀观念；女性双相患者危险最大。联合治疗效果较好。

| Abstract: | he paper analyses 71 cases with delusive depression,compared with 91 cases withnore-delusive depression,Theresults show that delusive depression is characterized by early wake,auditory hallucination,anxiety and attemptingsuicide;the rate of relative risk of suicide is 2.56 times as high as that of control group;especially revealing theattempt of suicide,diphasic female cases are the most dangerous. Better result can be achieved by compound therapy. |
