社区卫生服务人员个体紧张反应调查分析

目的了解江西省社区卫生服务人员的紧张反应状况现状及其影响因素、为提出控制其紧张反应的措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法，随机抽取了江西省87个社区卫生服务机构．484名社区卫生服务人员，采用职业紧张量表．对其紧张反应进行了调查分析。结果社区卫生服务人员的紧张反应平均总分为79．36±18．62，其中业务、心理、人际关系、躯体紧张反应得分分别为16．75、21．70、22.06、18．85。社区卫生服务人员的紧张反应评分除在性别上没有统计学差异（P〉0．05）外，在年龄、工种、婚姻状况、受教育水平上均存在统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论社区卫生服务人员面临的紧张反应与压力不容忽视，保护社区卫生服务人员的身心健康，对保证社区卫生服务事业健康有序的发展具有重要意义。

The analysis of the personal stress reaction of the staff working in the community health service organization

Objective To understand the occupational stressreaction of the staffs working in the comunity health service organization in Jiangxi Province, and discuss the influenced factors. In order to provide measures which control the occupational stress reaction.Method Using the cluster sampling method.Sampled and investigated 484staffs out of the occupational stress reaction. Used the Occupational Stress inventory Revised edition （OSI-R）：Result The average total score of the stress reaction is 79.36±18.62, among them the vocational strain score is 16.75±4.67, the psychological strain score is 21.70±7.49,interpersonal strain score is 22.06±4.42,physica strain score is 18.85±6.44. In addition to the gender strain reaction score have no significant difference（P〉0.05）,there are statistically significant differences （P〈0.05） on age, jobs, marital status, level education. Conclusion The occupational strain reaction and pressure that the staff in the organization of community healty service faced can＇t be neglected.Protecting their psychosomatic health have important meaning to guarantee the community healty service undertaking well-developing orderly.
