| 摘 要： | 选用昆明小鼠，以口服三氯化铝造成小鼠脑老化模型，用具有益气活血作用的当归益智方治疗，采用Ｙ迷宫法测定脑老化小鼠的学习与记忆，结果表明，当归益智方能改善三氯化铝所致的脑老化。进一步研究证明，当归益智方能降低脑老化小鼠脑内过氧化脂质水平和Ｂ型单胺氧化酶的活性，说明当归益智方对治疗脑老化及老年痴呆有一定的治疗作用

| Abstract: | Choosed the wister mouse,gave them aiuminum chloride in order to model the dementica mouse,and treated them Yiqi Huoxue drug and medsured the mouse's studies and memeries in electric maze.Reesults showed that Yiqi Huoxue drag can inprive the wisdom energy of the demintia mouse,Futher studies have demonstrated that the drug can reduce the level of Lipid peroxide and reduce the activity of MAO-B in the brain,These results sugested that the drug take effect on the Senile Dementia Alxherimar Type. |
