| Abstract: | introducing function transition of Jilin Provincial Health Bureau from "running hospital" to " managing hospital" , the development of hospital evaluation system, establishment of criteria system, implement of scientific evaluation and supervision and comparing among the hospitals and bulletining the measure and effect based on the problems found in the investigation. |
