2005年聊城市城乡部分小学生心理健康状况调查

目的]了解聊城市城乡小学生心理健康现状及存在的主要问题,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法]2005年10月,在聊城市东昌府区和冠县抽取部分城乡4-6年级小学生,运用《心理健康诊断测验》（MHT）进行调查。结果]检测小学生687人,存在较严重心理问题的13人,占1.89%。存在较严重心理问题者所占比例,农村360名学生,为0.83%;城区327名学生,为3.06%（P〈0.05）;男生358名,为1.40%;女生329名,为2.43%（P〉0.05）。8个内容量表中,有1项或多项出现较严重心理健康问题者所占比例,农村学生为8.51%,城区学生为9.63%（P〉0.05）;男生为8.31%,女生为9.84%（P〈0.05）。农村学生存在问题较多的是恐怖、冲动、自责、焦虑,城区学生是焦虑、恐怖、过敏;男生是焦虑、恐怖、冲动,女生是恐怖、过敏、焦虑、自责。结论]小学生总体心理健康状况总的较好,部分小学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题。

An Investigation on Mental Health Status of Primary School Students in Cities and Villages in Liaocheng During 2005

Objective]To study cities and villages primary school students' Mental Heath status and problems,and to provide basis for mental heath education.Methods]Cities and villages primary school students were chosen randomly.An investigation was conducted with Mental Heath Diagnosis Test.Results]Six hundred and eighty-seven primary school students were investigated.The rates of serious mental problems for cities and villages students were 1.89%(13/687),The rates of villages students were 0.83%(3/360),The rates of cities students were 3.06%(10/327,P<0.05).the rates of three hundred and fifty-eight male students were 1.40%,the rates of three hundred and twenty-nine female students were 2.43%(P>0.05).In eight part list,the rates of one or many serious mental problems for villages students,cities students,male students,female students were8.51%,9.63%(P>0.05),8.31%,9.84%(P<0.05).The major problems of villages students were terror,impulse,blame oneself,anxiety;cities students were anxiety,terror,extremity;male students were anxiety,terror,impulse;female students were terror,extremity,anxiety,blame oneself.Conclusion]Mental heath status of primary school students were fairly good in totality,part students have different degree mental heath problems.
