低钾型周期性麻痹血清肌酶改变及意义

目的探讨低钾型周期性麻痹(hypokalemic periodic paralysis,HOPP)患者发作期肌酶改变及其临床意义。方法根据68例患者发作期及20例健康对照者的血清肌酶及血钾等实验室检查资料,分析其血清肌酶学改变与血钾降低程度和肌无力、肌肉酸痛等临床表现的关系。结果患者各种血清肌酶水平与对照组比较均显著升高(P均<0.01),血清肌酶升高水平与血钾降低水平、肌力、伴发肌肉酸痛相关。结论低钾型周期性麻痹发作期血清肌酶升高是HOPP的重要临床特征之一,也可作为判断病情及估计预后的指标。

Changes and clinical significance of serum creatase in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis

Objective To study changes of serum creatase and its clinical significance in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis.Methods According to the laboratory examination data of serum creatase and potassium in 68 patients of hypokalemic periodic paralysis and 20 healthy persons as control group,we analyzed the relationship between increased serum creatase levels and clinical findings.Results Compared with the controls,all kings of serum creatase levels elevated significantly.Serum creatase levels were related to potassium levels,muscle power and muscle soreness.Conclusion The levels of elevated creatase were one of the important clinical features and may serve as indication of predicting development and prognosis in hypokalemic periodic paralysis.
