32例颅内动脉瘤介入治疗围手术期的护理

目的探讨颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术围术期的护理。方法对32例行动脉瘤栓塞术的患者围术期密切的病情观察、预防并发症、采取有效的护理等总结出规范性护理措施。结果2例术后偏瘫（其中1例术前已偏瘫），1例一过性失语，30例治愈出院，在3个月回访中，2例偏瘫患者可以下床行走，32例患者无再出血。结论充分的术前准备，积极的术中配合，术后密切的病情观察，积极预防并发症是栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤成功的重要条件。

Perioperative nursing care for 32 cases of intracranial aneurysm intervention

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of intracranial aneurysm intervention. Methods The normative care measures were summed up by observing the condition closely, preventing complications and effectively nursing of the 32 patients with intracranial aneurysm intervention. Results There were 2 patients with hemiplegia after operation （1 patient with hemiplegia preoperation）, 1 patient with transient aphasia. And the other 30 patients were cured. After 3 months following observations, the two patients with hemiplegia could walk. And no patient rebleed. Conclusion The nursing cares, such as adequate preparation, closely intraoperative cooperation, postoperative observation and preventing complications are important factors for the success ofintracranial aneurysm intervention.
