| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针对原发性肝癌介入治疗的护理干预措施，以消除患者的恐惧心理，降低术后并发症。方法回顾分析实施原发性肝癌介入治疗的76例患者的护理干预措施。通过责任护士在术前向患者及家属讲解相关知识，做好术前准备，指导术中配合方法。术后密切观察病情，做好并发症护理。结果所有患者均顺利完成介入治疗，术后并发症明显减少。结论对原发性肝癌介入治疗患者实施相关护理干预措施非常重要，有利于患者平稳接受治疗，减少术后并发症，提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing experience of patients with HCC after interventional treatment in order to remove patients＇anxiety and reduce complications. Methods Nursing experience were analyzed retrospectively in 76 patients with interventional treatment. Nurses taught patients the according knowledge before operation and paid attention to complications after it. Results All patients completed the operation safely and had mild complications. Conclusion Nursing is very important to the interventional treatment of primary carcinoma of liver.It is helpful to accept the operation safely, decrease the complication and improve the survival quality. |
