微波凝固消融治疗肝癌研究进展

摘    要:手术切除是肝脏恶性肿瘤治疗的金标准,然而临床上仅有20%~25%的患者适合手术切除.对于不进行手术切除的肝癌的患者,影像引导下的肿瘤热消融治疗在国内外发展迅速,成为临床肿瘤治疗的重要手段,微波消融作为热消融的一种即利用电磁能将肿瘤加热凝固坏死,本文对近年来肝癌的微波消融研究进展进行综述.

Abstract:Hepatic resection remains the gold standard for hepatic Cancer, but only 20%-25% of patients have the indications for curative resection. For patients with inoperable hepatic Cancer, thermal ablation under image-guidance represents a minimally invasive treatment. Microwave Coagulation Therapy is a thermal ablative technique that uses electromagnetic energy to produce coagulation necrosis. This review describes the current research situation of Microwave Coagulation Therapy techniques.
