| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支撑喉内镜电动吸割治疗小儿喉乳头状瘤的临床应用。方法回顾性分析22例小儿喉乳头状瘤的临床资料，采用支撑喉内镜电动吸割手术治疗。结果22例均一次手术成功，未见严重并发症。19例治愈，3例复发，经2-3次手术，现随访暂无复发。结论支撑喉内镜电动吸割治疗小儿喉乳头状瘤是一种微创和有效的治疗方法。小儿喉乳头状瘤若早诊断、早治疗，气管切开术可以避免。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of laryngeal endoscopic system by electrical adenoid cutter with suction in the treatment of children with laryngeal papillomas. Methods 22 cases were retrospectively analyzed .All the cases were treated with electrical adenoid cutter with suction under laryngeal endoscopic system. Results The observation of the outcome of 22 cases showed the tumors were totally resected and no serious complications were revealed .Followed up these 22 cases, 19 cases were cured,3cases recured and need to be operationed two times even three times. Conclusion The laryngeal endoscopic system by electrical and adenoid cutter with suction is a micro-invasive and effective treatment for laryngeal papillomas. Laryngeal papilloma children showed be diagnosed and treated as early as possible.The tracheotomy can be avoided. |
