| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年急性髓性白血病（AML）的有效治疗方案。方法：对12例老年急性髓性白血病临床特点、治疗方案、缓解情况、药物毒性、化疗疗效进行综合分析。结果：老年急性髓性白血病对化疗药物多不敏感，耐受能力差，治疗相关病死率高，缓解率低于中青年白血病患者。结论：老年急性髓细胞白血病的治疗需比较具体的个体化综合治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore of the efficient treating method for acute myeloid leukemia in the elderly. Methods Clinical characters, appoachs of therapy, rate of alleviation, medicine toxicity and effect of chemotherapy of 12 gerontal leukemic patients are analyzed comprehensively. Results The gerontal leukemia are less sensitive to a lot of chemotherapy medicines than the young leukemic patients. Conclusion The combined and individualized chemotherapy for the acute myeloid leukemia in the elderly could be an ideal choice. |
