| 摘 要： | 目的 评估经尿道前列腺汽化切割（TUVP）合并经尿道前列腺电切（TURP）治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）的效果。方法 对2004年4月～2005年10月间行TUVP结合TURP治疗的121例BPH做回顾性分析。结果 手术顺利，出血少，手术时间短。术后随访6个月以上，最大尿流率（Qmax）、残余尿量以及国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）等，均有显著改善，无严重并发症，疗效满意。结论 TUVP结合TURP治疗BPH，手术时间缩短，出血少，手术安全，治疗效果确切，是治疗BPH值得选择的较佳方法。
