气压止血带在基层医院四肢手术的使用及护理

目的探讨气压止血带在基层医院四肢骨科手术中的规范应用及护理，从而避免或减少并发症的发生。方法对115例四肢骨科手术患者规范应用气压止血带和预防性护理。结果切口无渗血，术野清晰，便于手术操作，缩短手术时间，缚扎部位皮肤无瘀血，肢体血运好，无肌肉、神经的损伤，减轻患者的痛苦，减少血资源的应用。减轻患者的经济负担。结论气压止血带在基层医院四肢骨科手术中的规范应用及预防性护理，止血效果好，可避免或减少并发症的发生，安全可靠，适用性强。

The utilization and nursing of air tourniquet in four limbs operations at primary level hospital

Objective To avoid or decrease complications by probing the standard utilization and nursing of air tourniquet in four limbs operations at primary level hospital. Methods We utilized air tourniquet rightly and nursed in contingency in 115 four limbs operations. Results There was no capillary hemorrhage at incision. It was clear at visual field. It reduced much pain of patients, decreased utilization of blood and lessened economical burden of patients. Conclusions There were many advantages in the standard utilization of air tourniquet and nursing in contingency in four limbs operations at primary level hospital, it had good response in stop bleeding, reduced complications, it was safe, and it was used widely.
