脊柱陈旧性骨折的影像学分析

目的 探讨各种影像学检查对脊柱椎体陈旧性骨折的诊断价值及限度。方法 回顾性分析12例颈、胸、腰椎体陈旧性骨折病例，均行X线平片、CT及MRI检查。结果共检出16个椎体骨折，X线平片、CT及MRI检出率相同；X线平片明确诊断8例（67％）；CT明确诊断10例（83％）；MRI明确诊断12例（100％）。结论 脊柱创伤的影像学诊断中，X线平片可作初检手段，CT对椎体陈旧性骨折定性诊断价值高，MRI可明确诊断。三者结合可提高诊断水平。

Comprehensive analysis of imaging in old trauma of spine

Objective To discuss the value and limitation of various imaging methods in diagnosis of old trauma of spine. Methods 12 patients with old trauma of spine performed X plain film,CT and MRI. The imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed. Results In all cases 16 parts of the fractures of the vertebral body were detected , and the detection rate of plain film, CT and MRI was the same in the demonstration of the fracture of vertebral body. The diagnose rate of the chronic trauma of spine by plain film , CT and MRI was 67% , 83 % and 100 % respectively. Conclusion In old trauma of spine plain film is the first choice for screening. The fracture detection rate of CT is higher in the above imaging methods mentioned. MRI is the best of diagnosing spinal old injury. The combined application of the three kinds of imaging methods may improve the diagnosis.
