螺旋CT三维肾盂造影对肾实质占位性病变的诊断价值

目的 初步研究螺旋CT肾盂造影实质占位性病变的诊断价值。材料与方法 肾癌18例，肾囊肿14例，肾血管平均肌脂肪瘤3例共35例作前瞻性增强研究，注射对比剂80－100ml后延迟4分30秒行肾脏输尿管上段螺旋CT扫描，回顾性重建间隔2．5mm，重建图像传送至工作站。采用多轴向多方位重建（multiplanar projection volumetic reconstruction,MPRV)及最大密度投影（MIP）重建。结果 肾盂显示佳，观察病灶与肾盂关系更为明确，病灶形态显示更为全面。结论 螺旋CT肾造影有助于肾实质占位病变的诊断和鉴别诊断，在1次检查中可达到多种目的。

The Value of Spiral CT Three-dimensional Pyelography in the Diagnosis of Renal Masses

Objective To evaluate spiral CT 3-D pyelography in the diagnosis of renal masses.Materials and Methods Enhanced and delayed spiral CT scanning was performed in 35 patients with renal lesions, including carcinoma (n=18), cyst (n=14) and angioleiomyolipoma (n=14). Images were reconstructed at 2.5mm interval and delivered to the workstation, where multiplanar projection volumetric reconstruction and maximum intensive projection were obtained.tained.Results Renal pelvis was well displayed on CT pyelographs, and the renal lesion together with its relationship to the pelvis could be well evaluated.Conclusion Spiral CT 3 D pyelography is very helpful for the diagnosis and differentiation of renal masses. Multiple purposes can be completed with only one scanning.
