| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）ＤＮＡ含量和细胞凋亡的关系。方法应用流式细胞技术检测３５例ＮＳＣＬＣ和５例正常肺组织的ＤＮＡ含量，凋亡率，计算ＤＮＡ指数、增殖指数。结果：ＮＳＣＬＣ的ＤＮＡ异倍体再现率为７１．４３％，ＤＮＡ指数、增殖指数显著高于正常肺组织，异倍体尤其明显；ＮＳＣＬＣ的弊端喜讯发率显著低于正常肺组织，并与ＤＮＡ指数负相关。结论：ＤＮＡ含量增加、增殖活性增强和凋亡减少在ＮＳＣＬＣ具

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the correlation between DNA content and apoptosis in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Method: DNA content and apoptotic ratio in 35 cases of NSCLC and 5 cases of normal lung tissues were studied by flow cytometry, DNA index and proliferation index were calculated.Results:The percent of DNA aneuploidy was 71.43% in cases with NSCLC, DNA index and proliferation index tended to be higher than that in normal lung tissue, especially the aneuploidy; the apoptotic ratio was lower in NSCLC than that in normal lung tissue, and showed negative correlation with DNA index( r =-0.3580, P =0.0035).Conclusions:The inerease of DNA content, proliferation ability improvement and decrease of apoptosis were common in NSCLC, especially in aneuploidy. |
