| 摘 要： | 目的:研究瑞香狼毒丙酮提取物(compounds of extracted by pyruvate from stellera chamaejasme L,CEPSC)抗惊厥作用。方法:采用动物5种惊厥模型,测定 CEPSC 时效关系,抗惊厥效应,并分析量效关系。结果:CEPSC 能提高电刺激大鼠大脑皮层惊厥阈值(TLS),384mg/kg 灌胃给药和174mg/kg 腹腔注射给药0.5～1h 起效,2～3h 达高峰,作用持续7～10天;而丙戊酸镁(VPA)150mg/kg 腹腔注射给药作用虽强,但其维持时间仅8h。CEPSC 对小鼠听源性惊厥(AS)、最大电休克惊厥(MES)、戊四唑惊厥(MS)均具有剂量依赖性对抗作用,其抗 AS、MES、ME 半数有效量(ED_(50))分别为103.05mg/kg,123.83mg/kg 和132.01mg/kg。CEPSC 亦能拮抗大鼠海人藻酸(KA)惊厥,明显减少湿狗样颤抖(WDS)频率(P<0.05),有效延长惊厥潜伏期(P<0.05)。结论:CEPSC 对动物多种惊厥模型有效,是一种作用持续时间长,抗惊厥谱广的具有开发价值的抗癫痫物质,其作用性质与 VPA 相似...

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anticonvulsant function of compounds extracted by pyruvate from Stellera chamaejasme L.(CEPSC).
