胶束电动毛细管色谱分离大黄中有效成分的研究

摘    要:目的 分离出大黄中4种有效成分:大黄酚、大黄素、土大黄苷和大黄酸。方法 采用胶束电动毛细管色谱法(MECC),缓冲溶液为50mol/L H3BO3-NaOH含20mmol/L SDC ,pH值为10,分析电压17kV。结果 4种成分在5min内全部分离。结论 本法简便、快速、结果令人满意。

Abstract:Object To isolate and identify the four active constituents, chrysophanol, emodin, rhaponticin and rhein in rhubarb Methods Micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) with a buffer solution of 5 mmol/L H 3BO 3 NaOH containing 20 mmol/L of sodium deoxycholate (SDC) (pH=10) was used for their separation at a voltage of 17 kv Results The four active constituents were completely separated within 5 min Conclusion This method was found to be simple and rapid and gave satisfactory results
