正畸患者埋伏阻生牙牵引术31例的护理

目的:通过对正畸病人埋伏阻生牙的牵引治疗,促进恢复牙列美观与功能.方法:通过X线片准确定位,对于牙体、牙根形态较好者,配合医生行开窗术式或翻瓣术式进行牵引,并做好术前、术中及术后护理.结果:患者积极配合手术,31例均取得良好效果,24例埋伏牙已排入正常牙列,4例埋伏牙已牵出但尚未到正常位置,3例埋伏牙尚未牵出.结论:正畸病人埋伏阻生牙能通过治疗恢复牙列美观与功能.而良好的术前术后护理及术中配合,能够缩短手术时间,减轻病人痛苦,提高手术成功率.

Nursing care of 31 patients with the impacted and uneruped teeth distraction

Objective To restore teeth alignments functions and beauty with the impacted and uneruped teeth distraction. Methods The positions of the teeth were accurately located by X-ray . As for those patients with relatively good teeth body and root shape , we helped doctors carry out fenestration and gingival flap operations . Meanwhile, we performed good nursing care pre-operation, during operation, and post-operation. Results With the good cooperation of the 31 patients, good results were obtained. 24 of them now are in good teeth alignments, 4 of them were distracted to exposure , but not to normal teeth alignment, 3 of them still remain impacted. Conclusion The impacted teeth can restor the functions and beauty . The pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and the patients' cooperation during operations can shorten the operation time, reduce patients' sufferings, and promote the operations' success rate.
