广州地区某重点高校医学生焦虑状况的调查

目的了解广州地区医学生的焦虑状况及探讨其影响因素。方法以SAS（焦虑自评量表）及学生一般情况调查表调查229名中山大学北校区在校学生。结果①医学生的SAS得分高于一般人群（P〈0.05），焦虑状态发生率为10．60％，高于一般人群；②性别和城乡家庭环境对医学生焦虑状况无显著影响;③家长期望值对学生焦虑状况有显著影响；④家长对于女施加的精神压力则与焦虑水平呈正相关。结论医学生的焦虑状况发生率比一般人群要高，应进一步加强对医科大学生的心理卫生指导。

The Anxiety States of the Medical Students in One Key Medical College in Guangzhou City

Objective To understand the anxiety states and their infl uenc ing factors among the medical college students in Guangzhou city. Method s 229 medical college students in Sun Yat-sen University were assessed w ith the SAS and general state questionnaires. Results (1)The sc ores of SAS of the medical college stude nts were higher than general persons, the incidence rate of anxiety state was 10 .60%. (2)Sexuality had not effect on the anxiety state of the students, as well as difference between city and countryside. (3) The parents' expectation to the students had significant effect on the anxiety state of the students (P< 0.05). ( 4)The stress which parents put on the students had positive correlation with the anxiety level. Conclusion It is necessary to put more attention on the mental health instruction to the medical college students.
