沙眼衣原体宫颈炎4种药物治疗方案的成本-效果分析

目的:评价沙眼衣原体宫颈炎4种药物治疗方案的成本-效果。方法:对A(阿奇霉素口服)、B(阿奇霉素静脉注射)、C(美满霉素口服)、D(左氧氟沙星+强力霉素口服)4种沙眼衣原体宫颈炎药物治疗方案进行成本-效果分析。结果:A、B、C、D4种方案的成本分别为(645.20±109.56)、(933.10±249.90)、(413.14±38.04)、(489.00±83.60)元;有效率分别为96.2%、98.6%、93.4%、94.1%;成本-效果比分别为6.71、9.46、4.42、5.19;以C方案为参照,A、B、D方案的增量成本-效果比分别为82.88、99.99、108.37。结论:C方案为较佳方案。

Cost- effectiveness Analysis of 4 Therapeutic Regimens for Cervicitis of Chlamydia Trachomatis

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of 4 different therapeutic regimens for cervicitis of chlamydia trachomatis.METHODS:4therapeutic regimens including regimen A(azithromycin by oral administration),regimen B(azithromycin by intravenous injection),regimen C(minocycline by oral administration),regimen D(levofloxacin and deˉoxycycline by oral administration)were analyzed using cost-effectiveness analysis.RESULTS:The total costs of A,B,C,D4regimens were(645.20±109.56)yuan,(933.10±249.90)yuan,(413.14±38.04)yuan,and(489.00±83.60)yuan respectiveˉly;The effective rate were96.2%,98.6%,93.4%and94.1%respectively;The ratios of cost to effectiveness were6.71,9.46,4.42,and5.19respectively;As compared with regimen C,the incremental cost effectiveness ratios for regimen A,B and D were82.88,99.99,and108.37respectively.CONCLUSION:Regimen C is the preferable one.
