糖尿病肾病并心肌损害的危险因素分析

目的 探讨糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）并心肌损害的危险因素。方法 比较糖尿病肾病伴或不伴心肌损害的临床特征及其心肌损害的危险因素。结果 ＤＮ伴心肌损害组病程长（Ｐ〈０．０５），空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白高（Ｐ〈０．０１），高血压发生率高（Ｐ〈０．０１），且肾脏损害越重，死亡率越高，血ＢＵＮ水平和继发高血压与ＤＮ的心肌损害直接相关。ＤＮ与糖尿病性心肌病的发生时间无并行关系。结论 糖尿病病程长，血糖控制不佳，高血压

Risk factors of diabetic nephropathy accompanied by cardiac damage

Objective To investigate the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy (DN) accompanied by cardiac damage.Methods The clinical characters and risk factors of DN with or without cardiac damage were compared.Results DN accompanied by cardiac damage had longer clinical histroy ( P <0 05),higher fast blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin ( P <0 01),higher rate of hypertension ( P <0 01),more serious renal damage,and higher mortality.The occuring time of DN was not parallel with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Cardiomyopathy in DN is associated directly with serum BUN and hypertension.Conclusion The longer clinical histroy of diabetes mellitus,poor blood glucose control,hypertension and renal functional damage were risk factors of cardiac damage.Hyperglycemia and hypertension of DN with cardiac damage should be controlled as early as possible.
