急性有机磷农药中毒患者肝功能及酶谱变化

目的：探讨有机磷农药中毒患者肝功能及酶谱的变化。方法：对46例急性有机磷农药中毒患者于中毒后20h内抽取静脉血进行肝功能、酶谱指标的检测,并与对照组（40例）进行比较。结果：与对照组比较,轻、中、重度中毒组总蛋白（TP）及白蛋白（ALB）均明显降低（P〈0.05）,轻、中度中毒组总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、天门冬氨酸转移酶（AST）、谷氨酰基转移酶（GGT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）无明显异常;重度中毒组患者ALT、AST较对照组升高（P〈0.05）,TBIL、DBIL、ALP、GGT无明显差异。结论：部分重度急性有机磷农药中毒可有轻度肝损害,且肝损害为可逆性。

Changes of hepatic function and enzymogram in patients with acute Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective:To study the changes of hepatic function and enzymogram in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:Blood samples were taken for the determination of serum hepatic function,enzymogram in 46 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning within 20 h after intoxication and at the end of treatment.The results were compared with the control group(n=40).Results:Compared with the control group,in the poisoning cases,the total protein and the albumin(P<0.05)decreased strikingly.For the mild and moderate cases,there were no significant difference in the total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP).In some severe cases,the alanine transaminase(ALT),AST levels elevated slightly(P<0.05).For severe cases,there was no significant difference in TBIL,DBIL,GGTand ALP.Conclusion:There are changes of hepatic function impairment in some severe patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,the changes are reversible.
