摘    要:目的:观察1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)对血肿周围组织能量代谢的影响。方法:健康大耳白兔随机分成正常组,假手术组,脑出血组和治疗组,其中后3组又按各时间点分成1、6、12、24、48和72h组。两次注血法制作脑出血模型,测定各时点血肿周围组织乳酸含量、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量和磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)活性。结果:脑出血组24h后ATP含量有明显下降,治疗组ATP含量明显增高。1、6、12h治疗组乳酸含量降低,且治疗组乳酸峰值延迟至24h。治疗组PFK活性均高于脑出血组。结论:FDP可改善血肿周围组织的能量代谢。

Abstract:Aim:To observe the influence of fructose 1,6-diphosphate (FDP) on energy metabolism in perihemotoma region in rabbit brain after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:114 health rabbits were divided into 4 groups, normal (N), sham operation (S), hemorrhage(H), treatment(T).The S, H, T groups were subdivided into 1, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 h group. Fresh unclotted autologous blood was injected into the rabbit brain to establish the model. Assayed the lactic acid (LA )content of all the groups in all times and determined the level of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and activity of phosphofructokinase(PFK)of all the groups. Results:At 24 h, 48 h, 72 h ATP content of T group was higher than that of H group whereas lower than that of N and S groups (P<0.05). At 1 h,6 h, 12 h, compared with H group the increasing amplitude of LA was lowered (P<0.05), whereas at 24, 48, 72 h there were no differences between H and T groups. The peak of LA was delayed to 24h. But all the time the level of LA of H and T groups was higher than that of N and S groups(P<0.05). At all the time the activity of PFK of T group was higher than that of H group but lower than that of N and S groups. Conclusion:FDP could improve the energy metabolism in perihemotoma region of rabbit brain after intracerebral hemorrhage and protect the structure and function of brain.
